Vol.28 Quick Update!

Hiya! 

This is just a quick update. I'm sorry for this lack of posting because there's been lot of stress.

But happy thing is that I'm at Helsinki right now and I'm leaving to Gran Canaria TOMORROW with Ansu!
Our flight leaves at 7AM and we have to wake up at 2AM to catch the bus.

Vol.27 A week in Helsinki

Hiya!

So now I'm "finally" back home and school starts day after tomorrow, reality hits right in da face.
My week in Helsinki was awesome! I would've wanted to stay there for few more days, but I had dentist today so..

On Saturday 3.8 I arrived to Helsinki before 11PM and Ida & Tan were there waiting for me and then we headed to Itis. I took quick shower and then we went to bar. We decided to go to Tivoli and it was k-19 but Tan's brother got us in. It was freaking fancy place. After being in Ivalo and in Kellari for weekends, Tivoli looked like some kind of celebrity club. And I felt like that I was overdressed. I mean I had my 50's dress on and then I saw girls with miniskirts and some kind of shirt on ( Can you even call them shirts )

On Sunday we had shopping day, if I remember right. I didn't buy anything special because I didn't have enough money. I bought one shirt from ZARA and it was 7,95€ . I liked it so, I bought it and it wasn't even expensive. After shopping we went eat to FLQ. THE AMOUNT OF SUSHI THERE WAS..: OH GOD! I ate two plateful's and I was stuffed. But it was worth it because it was freaking delicious! I recommend!!

Then we had few of these lagging days. We just watched TBBT and HIMYM. And oh, we started a low-carb diet and it went well till Friday. On Wednesday we decided to have little-Saturday. We bought something to drink and then headed to center but then went back to Itis because all the people we called, weren't able to come. So then we just, again watched HIMYM.

During the week, we made freaking delicious food! Ida made low-carb chicken soup and oh gosh, it was good!! Little bit food porn for you.

And then we made stuffed paprika's. Stuffed with Aura-Cheese , chives cream cheese and then melted cheese on top. Wow that is cheesy ( worst joke ever )

On Friday Ida made stuffed chicken rolls wrapped in bacon and fried peppers and salad. I told Ida what to do and she cooked it. Friday night we headed to Shot bar and then to Amarillo and then I met my dear friend there ♥

My week in Helsinki was awesome, and I'm sad that I had to go. Ida was a great host ( and made good food ) and I hope I'll see you again very soon! ♥ 

The necklace is from Glitter, a b-day present from Saana. Thank you! I love it!

Bought a new foundation from KICKS and then because of Ida, I bought Dry Shampoo and it really is a LIFE SAVIOR!! Gives volume and makes your hair look clean again!

Flirttiliemi ( Flirt potion ) a b-day present from Riina. Just mix it with vodka or something clear alcohol, and then it tastes like strawberry!

Found this treasure from TopTen for 5€. It was screaming at me so I had to buy it. Once a Green Day -fan , ALWAYS a Green Day - fan.

So these were the most important things and the stuff I had in mind. So I hope that you guys have a nice first day in school and I wish you good luck. I will need it.

Vol.26 Quick update & some music

Hello!

I'm just writing this quick update because I'm bored. On my way to Helsinki at the moment, have been sitting for about 11 hours now in bus and train. 3 more hours to go and then I'm finally at Helsinki.

This train is hot like sauna! Sun is shining straight to my place. And I've noticed that people are so damn friendly. I dragged/carried my (maybe) almost 50kg bag and no-one helped me.. They saw that I was struggling with it and they didn't even bother to ask do I need help. Well, I was sweating like little piggy but I managed to the other train. Well, I forgive it this time but I hope that someone stronger than me could help me a bit to drag my bag upstairs and stuff.

I've watched The Vampire Diaries and listened music. Gonna put some of the songs that I listen lot atm.

So this was just a quick update and I'm maybe going to write something next week, if I have time. Because there's so much to see in Helsinki!

Vol. 25 Last weeks

Hiya!

It's again been a nice while since last post, but I've been lazy and sometimes even busy! I've been visiting my friends and family, and I'm kinda happy that I have even something to do while being on vacation in the middle of nowhere. 

So last weeks have been quite nice. I was at Ida's place about a week ago for 3 nights and we had fun time! We watched lots of HIMYM and TBBT and ate pasta with ketchup only. But it was nice. And I'm going to Helsinki this weeks Saturday to disturb Ida's life! And yes Ida, I read your blogpost and I really think that you should clean up your apartment for my mental health ♥ 

Last Saturday was Watercross 2013 and I was there about 15minutes and then went to drive around with Riina. I hate it when you try to see something and then ask people to move just a little, they just look at you behind shoulder and then just ignores you. So next year I'm gonna be there in good time so I get a good place! 

Last Sunday this Finnish rapper Cheek had a little concert here! I paid 13€ for the ticket and I would've paid more because it really was worth of money, even if it lasted only about 55min. I was kinda sad that he didn't do any encore even if we cheered and screamed for it.

So this week has gone pretty well too, Kaisa was at my place for one night and we watched Disney movies and ate candy. It's sad that vacation is almost over, because I still think that summer vacation is WAY TOO SHORT! It should be 3 months because I feel that I can't do anything in 2 months, but no can do. It's life and it sucks sometimes. 

I hate when this happens, before I start writing these posts, I have in mind what I'm gonna write but since I sign in, I forget everything. And then I end up talking about things that have no sense like, "Hmm nice elephant flying out there" 

I forgot my camera to Ida's place so there's no photos this time. But lets see if Ida finds it before going to Helsinki!

Vol.24 Long time no see

Hiya!

I'm sorry for the lack of posting, but hey, I'm in Ivalo so nothing happens, like never.

So what's going on? Well I'm surprisingly happy at the moment! I turned eighteen 5.7 and I had awesome birthday party, even if there wasn't so many people that I thought.

 Friday 5.7 went too quickly. We went to Pubi.fi, ate good food with my friends and family and talked about stuff. After that we bought few bottles of Fresita and went to my grandparents house.
Saturday 6.7 I headed to nightclub with friends, there was me, Riina, B-A, Reetta and Aku and we had pretty good time there! And I've never been that drunk before, but when you turn eighteen it should be special?

Last Friday I was in nightclub too, but all sober! I didn't drink anything because my aunt's wedding was on Saturday. And I have to say that I've never been happier than I am now. Is this the feeling of being truly happy and in love?

But anyways, Saturday went great too! My aunt was a beautiful pride and oh my! I'm so happy that she was the princess of the day! I was wearing my 50's dress, and It's a bit too big for me! So that means that I've lost weight? Haven't really noticed it. But yeah, this is my life this far, and DAMN I'M HAPPY!

Vol.23 Movie post

Hey!

I'm sorry for being lazy. Summer holiday is almost it's half and I've been in Ivalo about 3 weeks now. Midsummer went great, had good time with friends! Nothing much to tell you about last weeks.
Well one thing that I've been doing is driving with Riina! She got her driving's licence about 2 months ago but she's still learning to drive and it's really going better! We have visited Inari once and Saariselkä about 3 times.

I'm waiting for Watercross 2013! When I was younger I didn't care about it but now when I know the meaning of the sport and the beauty of it, I enjoy it lot more! One minus point there is the drunk people. About 1PM there's already few drunk persons who don't know what they're doing. But anyways! Looking forward to it!

Well now when I have time but nothing much to talk about my life so I'm gonna tell you what movies I've been watching during this week and write little rating on it. ( I know sounds a bit usual and boring but no can do )

1. She's The Man ( Starring Amanda Bynes )

I really liked this movie, I've watched it few times before but I was way younger back then! It's a fun comedy-romance movie about girl who wants to play football but her school cut the girls football team so she want's to prove that girl's are as good players as boys. So she pretends to be her brother and attends to new school just to play football. But then she falls in love with this hot guy ( Channing Tatum ) but she has to keep her identity hidden. And then there's lot's funny/jealous/romantic/etc moments. I really recommend to watch this movie!

2. Bruce Almighty ( Starring Jim Carrey )

This is classic Jim Carrey movie! I've watched it 12947 times but still I enjoy watching it! I's about a guy whose life goes downhill with work and relationships, so he decided to meet God. But then God goes for a vacation so Bruce gets all His power. Well first Bruce uses the power for his own good but then he starts to hear other peoples prayers and figures out that God's job is not as easy than he though it would be. I believe that most of people has seen this movie because JIM CARREY! But for those who has not seen this yet, WATCH IT!

3. Ace Ventura : Pet Detective ( Starring Jim Carrey )

Again a classic Jim Carrey movie, and one of the best! I watched both of them but I have to say that I liked the second more. Do I really even have to explain what these movies are about? Yea I thought so too. So I really like these two movies and I could watch them again soon! Just classic Jim Carrey comedy!!


4. Alone ( Thai Horror Movie )

Watched this movie with my friend. We liked this movie because the story for it was good but somehow the implementation wasn't so good. I mean, there was lot of jumpscares which is good in horror movies but when there's too much of them, it gets quite boring. We were pretty happy ( because we both like Asian stuff) that this movie was Korea-Thai language.
It's about a woman who had Siamese twin, they promised to each other that they're gonna be together forever, but then when this certain boy joins the movie when girls are younger, both of the girls fall in love with this boy but the boy falls in love with the other. And then girls have a huge argue and the other girl accidentally kills her sister because she was so jealous and angry. And when the movie goes on the one who's alive pretends to be the killed sister because she was the one that the boy loved. Then the killed sister starts to haunt the other. And there's quite a twisted end. I'm not gonna tell the whole thing here, but if you're interested, here's a link: Alone Movie

Vol.22 Vacation!

It's finally here! Summer vacation! Much needed one!

My vacation started pretty well. On Friday I went to lakehouse with my folks and I swam for the first time this summer! On Saturday I went to Kiuruvesi and we went to listen Hasta La Vista Social Club and the show was awesome! About 2 years ago I wouldn't believe that I'm someday gonna listen music like that!
(Sorry about possible typos) But yea the show was awesome and the people were awesome! After the show we went to Meijeri and drank some. I think that I drank a little bit too fast because I started to feel sick before it was even 3AM. But anyways we had fun time and I saw my good friends there.

Hasta La Vista Social Club!

Oh by the way, on our last week of school we went to eat to Olutmestari with our class and these are some of the food we ate! Delicious!

 

Sunday was just this usual hangover Sunday. Well I didn't have hangover but about 4AM-5AM I had massive headache but that god it stopped when I slept some more. I just lagged at Iina's and Hiski's apartment and then we thought that we are hungry so we headed to the grill and bought food. But it was weird that even if I was sober and didn't have a hangover what so ever, just drinking water made me feel sick.

But yea, let's move on to the more fun stuff? Okay not that fun but still. This past week has been quite boring. On Monday I didn't do anything special, just hanged out in city post with Ansu and tried to call people to drive. With not so good luck. Yesterday I went to town and we planned to go to the carnival but then Ansu noticed that she didn't have enough money to but the bracelet so we bought 2 tickets and went to Ferris wheel and something very fast spinning thing.

This is my week so far. Today Ansu is maybe coming to my place and we gonna watch movie. And hopefully I'm going to Ivalo next Wednesday.
